For people in midlife who want to move from Ideas to Action. Learn to turn plans into clear, achievable goals. Assess goals you really want and need to achieve (not what you think you should!) Break goals into manageable steps you can take. You may have a sense of what you would like to change, and balancing multiple responsibilities across work, family and life can mean not putting plans into action. This workshop helps you understand how to shape those intentions into realistic goals and prepare to move from ideas into considered action that fits your life. Who this workshop is for? This 2 hour live workshop is designed for people in midlife who want to: go beyond thinking of what could change, understand how to form clear, achievable goals, build systems that support your follow-through, not just intention. Midlife is often a time of significant change and things can start to feel less clear. The roles we play in our family bring new demands, how we see our career and priorities change, and our wellbeing can be our last priority. This workshop offers a structured, reflective space to gain clarity on where life is now, a chance to think about yourself, and to consider what you would like to reshape for the future. Who this workshop is for This 2-hour live workshop is designed for people in midlife who are experiencing: changes across areas of life changes in relationships, health, caring responsibilities thinking about their personal identity want to allocate time to really think about what is happening and what is changing What you will explore: How recent life transitions are shaping your sense of self What matters most to you now, and where your life feels aligned or misaligned A whole-life perspective using a visual tool to highlight areas of balance and pressure What’s Next? Reflect on areas of life you may wish to give more attention to What you will take away: A process for thinking about how recent changes are influencing your sense of identity, priorities and direction. BUILDING On. - Confidence & Self-Esteem in Midlife 

In midlife, confidence often shifts as our bodies change, and this can be right at the stage that our life priorities are changing too. Increased reflection about identity, expectations and experience can reshape how confident we feel. Changing responsibilities and a reassessment of what success and the future means can alter how we judge ourselves. This workshop is designed for those in midlife who: notice that their confidence feels less steady than it once did find themselves comparing their current position, performance or direction with others recognise patterns of self-doubt or increased self-criticism during this stage of life want to better understand how confidence works and how to strengthen it in practical ways What you will explore: How confidence and self-esteem are defined and the common factors that influence them, considered in the context of midlife roles and responsibilities. How thoughts, emotions and behaviour interact to affect confidence, and how this may show up in midlife. Ways to recognise and challenge negative automatic thoughts, including comparison and self-criticism that can arise during periods of change.
